2. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Process: To initiate a return, contact us at jceag91@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital downloads and personalized products, are non-returnable. This will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Digital products purchased from JCE AG are non-returnable and non-refundable. As our offerings are intangible and delivered electronically, all sales are final. This condition will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds

Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at jceag91@gmail.com.

5. Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Times: Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jceag91@gmail.com.
